There are so many great resources for meditation, each offering a piece to the bigger puzzle of consciousness. However, I haven’t been able to find a meditation practice that incorporates it all. So, I created a fusion of my favorite practices for you!
Here are 5 meditations that synthesize the best of all the practices I have studied, along with my own intuitive approaches that you won’t find anywhere else.

A lot of times the word “meditation” comes expectations that can lead to frustration and struggle. First learn to sit comfortably with your eyes open, then we will move into more traditional “meditation”.
Surrender the Ego
The ego initially protects you from all the fearful things in life. However, at a certain point, it becomes the obstacle in the way of expansion and enlightenment. Learn to loving surrender the ego so your mind can calm and your nervous system can relax.
Expansion and Release
Learn to attract more of the feelings you want, and release the energy that no longer serves you.
Ground and Awaken
Ground your energy before we open up to the higher realms that meditation can access. This is a balanced approach to connecting with the cosmos and gleaning insight into your soul’s purpose all while staying grounded and deeply connected to earth.
Open your heart chakra and create a circuit of energy through your heart center that is grounded in love, compassion and expansion.
