“Lindsey’s retreat is nothing short of magical. This surpassed all of my expectations! Lindsey is amazing at teaching yoga in an approachable way for all levels, and she knows exactly how to nurture and challenge her students in class.”-Rosaura Alvarez, USA

“I love Alicia’s approach to cooking, it is very simple, fresh, organized, flexible and wholesome. Her classes are filled with wisdom and knowledge. What I  like the most is that she is constantly helping you be creative and flexible with your cooking, this class is much more than just a pamphlet of recipes, she gives a lot of tips & hacks that will help you be a better home cook.  If you haven’t taken one of her classes I strongly recommend you do, her cooking is delicious, healthy and her personality is hilarious”. -Alex T, Mexico

“I can warmly recommend Lindsey’s retreats. She is a very strong, warm, loving and competent teacher, who is passionate about yoga and wellbeing. she does her utmost to support you on your yoga journey. she really sees you, and your needs. I will be back!” -Charlotte Egemar Kaaber, Denmark

Each day includes healthy, gourmet food to nourish and replenish between yoga sessions.

Welcome to our retreat!

Welcome! We’re Lindsey and Alicia, best friends from San Diego who want to equip you with our most potent practices for health and wellbeing, not just on a retreat. This is yoga off the mat, and delicious and nourishing food outside of the restaurant.

We are experts in our field (meet us individually below!), collaborating to create health as a sustainable practice at home and an in-person community to support this vision. As the adage goes, we believe you can go fast alone, or far together. That’s why we are teaming up and creating a conscious community to gather around movement, meditation and food.

Yoga starts in the kitchen as what you eat fuels your body. Alicia will teach you a healthy cooking class, which provides the foundation for sustainable, easy and healthy cooking after the retreat.

Lindsey will guide you through yoga, meditation, breath work and ceremony to teach you how to do these practices once you leave the retreat.

It starts with education, because we believe these tools should empower you in everyday life, not just during a few days of retreat. We also want to facilitate a space to build lasting connections. You will leave with a support network of like-hearted friends to help you go far.

Meet Lindsey

Hi! I’m Lindsey, and welcome to my take on yoga. . .  yoga for every-BODY! After using yoga to heal from a chronic illness, I began sharing this practice in 2014. My classes are accessible to all levels and I blend the traditional Indian practices of yoga with science and personal experience for the modern yogi to help you develop your own daily self-practice. I started practicing yoga when I was 8-years-old and through my studies am certified to teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Akhanda Yoga, Raj Yoga, Ashtanga, Yoga Nidra and Yin. I’ve led retreats in Bali, Spain and Ireland along with workshops and classes in the USA and Thailand. I can’t wait to share this knowledge so you can become your own teacher!

Meet Alicia

Hola! I’m Alicia. I’m a former international chef with experience in top restaurants including Michelin star and San Pellegrino spaces. I now live in San Diego full time and I’m the CEO and co-founder of Lasto Foods, a squeezable nut butter company. My other focus is holistic retreats, pop-up events, and cooking courses! I believe food is a reason to gather and am most lit up by sharing creating nourishing meals and teaching people how to cook these healthy meals for at home. You won’t just be nourished during this retreat, but will leave with the skills to cook for you and your loved ones when you return home!
